All diet pills will make u gain back the weight double if you stop consuming. My friend took Sibutramine & yeah she does slimmed down but once she stop, her weight double up.
Ask you go exercise sure no use lor, since you already choose to consume diet pills at 1st place.
Try eat less junk food & oily oily stuffs. If you want, go try Herbalife product.
Anyhow, try exercise lor if can..
Dont take anymore diet pill lar..
