i'm using "myExpenses lite" (free edition), which i think it's quite nice,
it can show your spending categories in Pai chart form,
easy for me to know which categories i spend the most in the week, the month, or the year.
and also have password protection function.
and also can backup / export the report into computer, but i haven't find out how it work. sweat.gif

the disadvantage is it can't erase all data in one time,
so the only way to do so is delete this app in your iPod, then syn with your computer, so it will restore your app without the data before. laugh.gif

At the same time, i also trying "Cash Tracker" (free edition),
suitable for whom want a simple app without many function.

now i'm still playing free app,
later only get a gift card to buy paid app. rolleyes.gif

the graphic is BEST !

the g-sensor controlling is sensitive and accurate !

plug in your in-ear earphone while playing, the sound effect is really nice.
try the Lite version first, if u like it only go for the full version.
some more the full version is $ 0.99 only!

(now i'm still playing those free app, haven't get an iTunes card. haha)

evening fellas, here i am with a few questions again.

1) i'm currently looking for an app that shows movie showtimes and trailers in Malaysia's cinemas. you guys know of any? thanks.

2) say if we receive a file via beejiveIM to ipod touch, how do we delete it after?

haha.
i got an app must introduce to u and all other, it's "Now Playing".
which can show u the movie show times of Malaysia cinemas, and also the trailer.
some more it's a free app!
i have tried a lot this type of app, and so far i found that this is the only app that can show Malaysia cinemas.
but the information provided by it, i'm not show whether is accurate or not.
after u go to check it out, kindly let me know. Thank. laugh.gif

beejiveIM is a paid app, so i haven't try it.
actually it functioning like that "push notification" in coming OS 3.0.
if this coming push notification feature is free, then i no need to waste money paid for this app d.

Guys got some enquiry here:
~ Once the OS 3.0 for iPod Touch is available for purchase, where to get it? AppStore?

~ Let's say the iPod Touch is updated to the latest software mentioned, will all apps that been downloaded work with it? Meaning will the older apps be compatible with the new software?

Thx 4 the feedback n ur replies!

probably Apple will make the OS 3.0 to be purchase by iTunes for Touch user,
means that when plug in your Touch into computer, in the syncing device home page, click the button "check for update", OS 3.0 is available will be appear there, and key in your credit card detail to purchase, maybe will allow to use iTunes credit also.
that is what i think Apple will do, it's simple yet effective.

in OS 3.0, some older app may still compatible, some may not.
Also depend on the author/developer of the app that u r using, (different app is created by different company)
if the app that u r using is frequently update the version, that means the developer is doing well in R&D on this app, means that they sure will update their version to be compatible to OS 3.0 (if current version isn't compatible), so no need to worry.
and for those famous app, such as Bloomberg, Yahoo, Google, Dictionary.com, they sure will update their version. rolleyes.gif

after the OS 3.0 released to the public,
with in a short period, if those app that inside App Store now doesn't upgrade to be compatible to OS 3.0,
they will be remove from App Store. This is the Apple policy.
so actually no need to be too worry, as the developer has been force to make their app to be compatible,
unless the app developer is not going to develop this app any more. (due to the app can't bring a high profit to them) laugh.gif
