I've used that with Yes Life before with their free RM5 promotion.. But now you need to register the number and buy credit like prepaid.

i didn't continue using their service because i'm already using other telco network. but i feel it's not that worth it for me because they will deduct rm30 every month even if i didn't use my credit.. means if i use rm20, month-end they will deduct another rm10. that's what i understand when i asked about it.
