QUOTE To evrythincool, I'd rather get Wi Fi Touch Pad compared to Air Mouse mainly because of it's function. And also it's cheaper too. o.O looks like you didn't look into what Air Mouse can do huh? I don't see a point to buy Wifi touch pad, it's user interface isn't nice. here's some screenshots that are enough to make people choose Air Mouse instead of Wifi touch pad ![]() QUOTE I haven't even managed to take off laugh.gif Gotta read the instructions It's simple. just pull up your throttle, release your break and drive your plane until 150+ then use the accelemeter to take off =D landing is hard though =/ This post has been edited by evrythincool: Feb 10 2009, 08:53 PM |

I updated it the first time I connected my iPod touch to my laptop. Is there supposed to be a problem? Pocket God requires 2.2.1 to run on iPod touch.
Added on February 11, 2009, 9:34 pmPosting this via iPod touch controlling my laptop with LogMeIn Ignition. The keyboard's auto spelling, double space for fullstop and several other special features not working here This post has been edited by Crazy.SoT.Gila: Feb 11 2009, 09:34 PM |

QUOTE(weingseen @ Feb 11 2009, 06:39 PM) I'll try with the lite version first. It just nice and easy to use. A very good app to show what you can do with your ipod/iphone. Last time when i bought this it only have the mouse and keyboard function. the recent update is just awesome which can customize shortcuts like open program with a click from your ipod etc and others media player and browser controller.Added on February 11, 2009, 7:40 pm Ahhhhhh, my very bad for not looking into it at the first place. Posting this via Jaadu RDP on my iPod touch.
My thoughts so far: LogMeIn is without doubt much easier to set up. Jaadu's application (on PC) which was supposedly to make everything easier crashed on me. Had to go manual. Compared to LMI's installation - it can only be described as pain in the ass. While zoomed out, LMI looks waaay better. Thanks to their anti-aliasing feature (or so I've read). Jaadu's speed is much faster than LMI. But I'm on the same network now so I might be actually connected through LAN. Gonna try out at school tomorrow to compare with LMI on public connection. Jaadu's support team replies better and faster than LMI's. Jaadu's rotation lock feature could come in handy as I find my screen rotating at times I don't want it to. Jaadu's remote sound is pretty darn awesome. Gotta try it on public connection though. If you have multiple PCs, LMI is the way to go - much easier installations and management. Security-wise, I feel that LMI is better. Jaadu has a very nice loading screen compared to LMI's boring loading bar. Keyboard wise - Both lacks several features of iPod touch's original keyboard such as double space for fullstop, auto-spelling correction, auto capitalization, etc. Jaadu RDP however has the shift and double-tap caps lock remained, whereas LMI has it as caps lock with just a single tap. Jaadu RDP also has several shortcuts such as select all, copy, paste, etc. Haven't had any connectivity problems with LMI, but have already been logged out twice on Jaadu (mind you, I haven't even used it for 1 hour). That's all I can think of now. Will add more and probably edit as I use both of em more. That's 5 points to LMI and 6 points to Jaadu (though the 1 point gained via the loading screen is probably moot Added on February 13, 2009, 12:53 amConnection via Jaadu RDP logs out the user on the PC. LMI just takes over like that, with an option to blank the screen and also to lock keyboard and mouse on the client side. That's another point for LMI This post has been edited by Crazy.SoT.Gila: Feb 13 2009, 12:53 AM |

But from what I read from a review, without a whatever encrypted data means you're endangering yourself through internet.
I mean, hack could really a problem. |

Connections through Jaadu RDP and LogMeIn Ignition are encrypted. Jaadu VNC however, does not support encryption as of yet. They are planning on adding encryption support for Jaadu VNC in future updates though.I mean, hack could really a problem. This post has been edited by Crazy.SoT.Gila: Feb 13 2009, 01:46 AM |

Hello guys and gals.
Is there any game or clone like the classic Escape Velocity or EV Nova in the iPod/iPhone platform?? I don't see that Ambrosia has any plan to port it to the platform soon. It might have some similar clone that i don't already know. |

I have to say, Jaadu's support is pretty darn good. They tend to reply very promptly, almost like a live chat support and are quite open to suggestions unlike LogMeIn which had just gave me a definite no and didn't even bother to reply my next e-mail
Then again, there's probably much more improvements needed in Jaadu compared to LogMeIn |
