why my wordpress no have the option to chose permalink

Hi that is extremely odd, I have a self hosted wordpress blog, am wondering are you using a self hosted wordpress blog too ( not the wordpress.com) blogs

if so what theme are you using?

It could be sometimes that any new plugins installed may affect your wordpress dashboard. i had a different problem once

Blogger has a storage limit for the uploaded pictures right? What will happen when exceed the limit? And, are there any other 'FREE' way to avoid that?

blogger have image storage limit? i dont think so,

Yep they do.

When uploading the image, there will be one tiny notification near the 'upload image'.

why dont you register add flickr and just use the url of your image there? i heard that it has unlimited storage.

Ermm, it's not odd, most self-hosted blogs are using wordpress

I need a guide on back linking, where should I be doing my back links, where is more effective and less time consuming.

You can try do the 'href' back links (try search google) at the famous site which have a lot of readers a day and comments relating to ur niche, that will do and try put up comments that make people want to click the backlink
