Villamas is one of the well known developer.

They offer two parking which KOI do not. Koi have 1000 empty space parking left, but management decide to use for re-sell. Imagine when this building completed build. Lets say 800 units available for KOI, 800x2=1600 new residence cars will be arround there. If you have more than one car,how you going to park your second cars? Buy the parking slot? 10k for a parking slot? worth to buy ?

Beside koi was a shit pond...try to look carefully there...

One more thing is Koi is service apartment. If you having budget on this, should you reconsider about this? Normally for electric and water bills will be more expensive to all other condos.

you should realise why KOI had released until today, how come TYPE A and TYPE F all still available, is alots man....their floor plan just like drawed by kids.....

After three years time, atmosfera will be completed build and the time if you wish to re sell or renting out. Should you go for atmosfera or Koi if you are the buyer? One is Condo one is serviced apartment. For long Term, all the fees will be definetely different.

Hi,thanks for your info....but why some of the things seems not in the correct side.

1)jason, the smallest one start from 270-290 k after the early bird discount.
-i went there, the sales staff did not give me such pricing,as i said...they let me know the smallest layout is already 320k.

Currently they giving 9% discount. Which mean if you decide to choose which one you like. From there total amount -10% would be your loan price. Maybe u can go check again. I just went back from there to meet the banker to discuss about the loan. the one i mention is the 12++ sf one.


2)Beside koi was a shit pond...try to look carefully there...
-bout this, actually the side facing Sunway is on the other direction...and Villamas,sri bayu,impian height or even Atmosphera that are facing KL view also will be viewing the shit pond rite?....confuse...

when you go again, please look at your right hand side all the way you reach to KOI. u will found it. atmosfera is on another side so this might not be a problem.

3)Villamas is one of the well known developer.
- i heard bout Villamas because my friend is living in there.His brother also got a unit there.I re-confirm not to take Atmosfera because both of their house also got water leaking problem.My friend unit took 3 months to get it done, his brother even worse...almost 9 months as the water leaking is from his upstairs and already got people living.And i purposelly went to my friend house to have a look as i was 1st attracted by the house design,but went i see from my friend unit(facing Atmosfera)...the are very close to each other....sigh....what a waste.

Well, is up to you. Water leaking can be happen in anywhere. the main thing is to see your neighbour would like to coorperate to solve this problem or not.

But anyway, thanks for your info.Will make decision only by next month after back from a short Bali trip.Until now, still stick with Koi Kinrara 1st...

What actually makes u feel i am a sales person from Koi?
-Did i go everywhere saying bad/negative stuff about other developer project like u?
-Did i go tell everyone which condo they buy now will regret later like u?
-Did i go everywhere warn people which developer people will give u hard time after they pay booking(u paid booking at zen rite?)?
-Did i go stop anyone from choosing any home they like because i don't like it or not feel comfortable with it like what u did?

-As u know i am a Koi Kinrara owner, i take the risk of buying property when the project not yet start.From a empty land until now its already 19th floor, the developer itself are selling it at higher price because the cost increase & etc. All the property is the same, do u actually know what is early bird benefit when u tell people about Atmosfera giving out early bird discount? Jason understand this because he did some research, u want people to buy a property,take all the risk and when its almost done,sell it back at the same price?funny la u...u told Jason i bought it a lower price,of coz i did...Cox i bought it 1 yr ago. The early bird things is not only about discount,its about many risk a buyer have to take also for buying a property-like commit to something that is not complete.If u need more info, i think Jason can help u...with the conversation with him, i found he know alot about property.
