How is the subsales of Phase 1 completed Koi Kinrara doing?

View the photo seems the material and interior design is ok for the price, just the exterior facade a bit plain.

Can sell RM 330-350 psf now?

No worry. 322k after discount for size of 1200+ sq ft is just below RM 270 psf.

A good buy dy.

Now, all highrise from RM 300 psf cheapest and location good a bit also need RM 400-450 onwards.

KK location ok la. At least at Kinrara.

True true ... RM 480k for 1120 sq ft pricing is on par with Zest dy. Can get ZR cheaper few months back. KR2, if small unit 1067 sq ft, ard the same price bfore 7% discount.

Ohh if 2010, then its fair that the completion should be ard 2015.

Since it was painting job now, it was consider 90% done. The rest are pending road, guardhouse and touch up.

Dont worry, very fast since u had been waiting 2 years. Hehe.

Actually i pass by kesas when i go to work. It really make me frustrated cos i can see the progressing of the construction is definitely damn slow. The guardhouse was built during phrase1 of this project. Just need to put the tar on the behind route then should be enough. it is a very simple stuff to be done. If compared to PJ 1120 project, koi definitely cannot race it.

Hmm, i think most probably due to high density, but since painting job is doing now, bro, it is almost there. Better they do the job properly rather than simply do it and rush the keys for you all.

As I know, I never hear Dover was claimed a good lift, whenever heard lift issues from any apartment, they always mentioned Dover brand. Well, maybe Koi Kinrara is better model ...

Just curious what is the S&P date for Block D owners, heard u all complaint since long, means LAD?

The Sunway Pyramid view is very nice. Facilities floor also quite decent and nice looking.
