Picture taken last weekend when i submit the syabas form.

Based on the staff there Block C root top is already done.

Went to level 3 have alook on the facilities, is windy and cozy during 12noon.
even got family swimming at the pool at this time and ppl training in the gym room.   

i saw the butterfly roof at block c painted with red colour already...

Just wait until the developer post the syabas form to you.
Just sign at the "x" and prepare one photocopies of IC return back by post or just pass by to the office at koi kinrara.
No need return on the same day.

go there a few time,mostly i see is family. Not sure what is the actual situation currently.
maybe someone currently stay there can give us more info.

i went in and they started cleaning in higher floors alr....block C.

For block D, not sure.

Called up yesterday, cheque will be provided on Tues.

Need to re-confirm with developer tomorrow.

i just walk in this morning, pay the outstanding, and get a clearance letter, then go 3rd floor management office get keys and access card.
the make schedule thing, it just a bullshit.

bank only disburse the last 5% payment to developer. we still need to pay the fire insurance,3 months maintenance fee deposit and 3 months advance maintenance fee.
