AmBank Debit Card, A few Questions

I was thinking of getting a Debit Card from AmBank to send funds to my paypal account.
Here are my questions:- 1. Is the card only available in 7-11 and AmBank's branch? 2. How do i top up to send the money over to my paypal? 3. What if i were to withdraw my money from paypal? 4. What is the minimum ammount of money i must send to my paypal when topping up? 5. Any other alternative to this debit card? That would be all  |

So there is a debit card for maybank and you can use it for paypal as well? |
