hello guys, i wanna ask,about the postage to send the warranty to the shop we claim,do we need to pay both the postage for send and return warranty postage?

this is very troublesome, as when im in kl where i can just send the package to him to his shop, he still ask for postage (RM21). now im in sabah, i also need pay again, for another rm35.

edited : wew.. now after asking again,for return back, can COD. i guess anything that free his time he will agree to be helpful. i will avoid to deal with this seller again.
