Hye, dont understand why SS products cant claim warranty based on S/N number like other hardware/company. They insists on receipt when i e-mailed them. This is very bugging me. They dont have database of their own product is it? This very lame.
I mean, PlayInteractive is. Should be like Asus or Gigabyte which we can proceed RMA just with S/n number. Much more convenient for end user like us
