i every morning have to listen to financial talk and evaluate stock market. boring already. My advise is, salaried worker no need to worry so much. Just be prudent and spend on necessary things only.

What goes around, comes around. What goes down, must go up. Back in 1997/98 the CI was at 800+ point as well, exactly like now. Give it a few months into next year it will bounce back to 1000 point.

As usual only small businesses worry at trying times like this (because they always have more debt than cash even before the crisis). Big businesses take this as an opportunity to revamp and revise their company. Tan Sri Ananda has taken Maxis off the KLSE few months before the credit crunch and make it private. Now AirAsia, MISC, etc are planning to do the same as well.

So u guys no need to worry. People who are largely affecting the economy (corporate, broker, stock player, investors, etc) need to maintain their lifestyle also, so they're working round the clock to make up to their losses and at the same time the economy will be restored.

Enough of my crap.  However please share this opinion with your friends and family.

any 1 here have change thier iswara 1.3 block to 1.5 block and than put 4g18 1.6 stroker kits in 1.5 block ?

yeah true also.. since its cheap den can start buying some if u have spare cash in hand.. its a long term investment so dun expect to earn much in a short while.. almost buy unit trust earlier this year n luckily didnt.. just stick to ASM can d n its assured by gov.. so no worries.. haha
pros = more torque(higher stroke), more power, no replacement for displacement
cons = losing $$$ (prepare rm3k at least)
the reliability issue depend on the mech, if the block is not properly rebored and skimmed, overheating might arise

I dah save ma.. Normally change block outside, will charge between RM900-Rm1.5k. But me below Rm700 settle...

tarak lor.... wif kastam paper, marketprice is about rm800.... without paper marketprice also around rm500...

below rm400 usually can be found around garage where people abandon their 1.5 block after swapping to bigger engines.....
