skrg nie nak tau cam maner nak buat wiring tu pun kalau ambo rasa ambo boleh buat.. malas nak upah pasang kat kedai.. kiranya kalau switch tuh tak on kan maka nak start engine kete guner kunci xdapat..
*
If I drive EFI car, I sure use this switch.. 1 for fuel pump and one for start.. More hard core, 3 switch.. Fuel pump, ignition and start.. Haha.. But I don't like. More prefer using key to start..

About the wiring, better don't take the risk. Might burn your starter..

mayb u touch dat one is EGR.... exhaust gas recirculation allows some exhaust gas being circulated back into the intake to reduce combustion temperature and reduce CO emission....
locate the one with vacuum hose leading to ur ficd....

yes... sometimes could be compressor fault... if ur compressor not spinning smoothly, it will generate more load on ur engine... hence, more rpm drop and causes ur engine to jerk... another symptom is ur acceleration will be vr much affected due to the extra load caused by friction inside the aircond compressor...
yea, ur aircond compressor need regular service and topup lubricant/oil so it could spin smoothly without generating much load to ur engine...
jz go to any car aircond shop do...

brake pedal sink is due to drop of vacuum from ur engine when ur aircond loads the engine... FYI, brake servo needs engine vacuum to work... how i not sure, need to ask sifoo singchaii.... when there is a vacuum drop from ur engine to ur brake servo, ur brake pedal sinks a little...

vacuum drop is due to sudden drop of rpm when aircond compressor kicks in...
*
Yes.. Brake servo need vacuum to work. You can easily try it out. Once the vacuum hose connected to the brake servo being remove, there totally no brake. What the vacuum work? The vacuum work to push the needle on the brake servo so the needle will touch the brake pump. Then only brake apply.. Put in mind, when there is no vacuum or not enough vacuum in the brake servo, then the brake servo will spoile very fast.

When the brake pedal sink, either the brake pad getting thin or you need to adjust the middle needle on the brake servo. Adjust it longer so you no need press the pedal so down only can apply brake. Adjust the middle neddle is so difficult. Do it at workshop and DON"T EVEN TRY TO ADJUST BY OWN unless you have the enough tool and also the skill..

need to pair a good suspension quite hard. i still do research on it
*
For saga/iswara/lmss/lmst, the best suspension setup is using stock absorber and pair with 'lowered sport spring'. Cause the stock absorber is in not soft and not hard category. Fit our car weight perfectly. If you have more budget, go for custom make titan. But of course the price is much more expensive.

But with that setup, the absorber will spoil pretty soon.
Won't last long.
Happened to me the 1st time when i changed to a lowered sport spring (Datco Brand).
*
Are you sure? What make you said so? I'm using stock absorber with apm sport spring. Around 6 months, it still good.. My supervisor wira, using stock absorber with sport spring, since 2 years till now. The absorber still good.. I wonder izit you have any strong reason and fact why the absorber can spoile pretty soon? hmm.gif

this happen 2 my car also  sweat.gif

because the explosion is different.. And I teach you another thing. Using ron 92 will have more carbon. Cause the fuel only 92% being burn while left 8% carbon. If ron 97, the fuel 97% being burn while only left 3% carbon..

keep change and fixing my interior.

next project.
1. UR bar (confirm)
2. Highcam (maybe)
3. ST Flywheel (confirm)
4. Performance Tire (confirm)
5. AMP (soon)
6. Re-wrap Interior & Seat (confirm)

more into interior
*
Highcam I don't think it really helped. You install the 1.6 flywheel already enough. Cause 1.3 engine output not really good to put highcam. Waste money only. Unless you using 4g15 with 1.6 gearbox. Then it only suit for highcam. 1.3 gearbox ratio got highcam also useless.. If you really install the highcam and can't get smooth idling, then find me. I help you tune nice idling with power...

For me, spending Rm200-Rm300 for air filter is not really worth.. Change the air filter what owner want is just power.. For that price, it more worth change something which more proven giving power..

You know what, all the after market claimed as performance plug cable all is just a gimmick.. Every current flow from it the culprit is the DISTRIBUTOR and not the plug cable. What you need is a good quality plug cable. A very good example is original proton spark plug cable.

see how long u wan drive in the nosiy sound only haha

Saga/Iswara/LMSS/LMST gear ratio can only go 165km/h. But I wonder why I can achieve 190kmh on straight road. But the rpm meter showing 6k rpm on 5th gear.

How many guy here realize, a stock saga/iswara using 13.2 second for 0-100km/h while it also took 13.2 second from 100-0km/h?

for our car, proton recommend is 35k for gear oil and 60k for petrol filter.. If is auto, then is 20k change auto oil, 40k do complete atf (mean change atf filter as well).. Our car gear box just need 1.8L of gear oil.. Very cheap only.. Hahaha..

also considered 1.6 stroker kit... but from alternative source.... s4ph... stroke is higher, 88mm, instead of 4g18's 87.3mm... and it was claimed s4ph internals are lighter in weight...

but there are a few mods needed... some modifications on crankcase and inner block becoz conrod hits the block....

as for price i not sure... haha....
doh.gif  doh.gif  doh.gif

den buy and keep as spare lo...
*
s4ph crankshaft so expensive.. Haha.. When you talk about rebore, do you know that 1.3 s4ph mod become 1.6 s4ph is so easy? What you need is buy s4ph 1.6 piston, connection rod, and also crankshaft. Then just PNP. Block also no need to change...

By the way, 1.6 saga blm already on the road...

i thought the difference between 1.3 and 1.6 campro is jz the stroke??... pistons are the same size rite??... only crankshaft is different....

how much does s4ph crankshaft cost??.. unsure.gif
*
Piston size is not same.. Crankshaft for s4ph is around RM1.5k. Campro piston and crankshaft is fragile...
