rclxub.gif rclxub.gif makes mi wonder...... maybe is da stock vacuum doesnt hv the power to hit da engine to 1.5k by its own? time to mod in my home vacuum cleaner liao tongue.gif hahaha... anyway, problem solves.. so happy..

so far i using kayaba rs absorber for more than 2 years adi... still going strong... whack here n there on bumpy and uneven roads.... potholes didnt dive into it la... usually avoid potholes....

pros... good mid to top end revs... good for high speed...
cons... bad low to mid torque... bad for city drive...

get those washable ones such as k&n filter... more value for money...

but i'll recommend u to get drop-in k&n filter... good for low to mid rpm torque... if u wanna get open-pod filter feel, jz remove the whole airbox.... icon_rolleyes.gif

nope... its also about flow efficiency... similar theory with port n polish cylinder head... cannot too big, cannot too small.... u do need delta pressure for low rpm torque....

try drive around and see... when ur engine temp heated up or kept revving, ur distributor vacuum advance might kick in and advance ur ignition timing a little.... datz why sometimes u feel ur car idling at higher revs after ur spirited run.... haha...

if ur autochoke working well and no vacuum leak, ur engine should not shake at cold start... so, could either be vacuum leak or dying autochoke... hehe...
