Getting Started

I just got myself a Gigabyte HD4670.
I'm happy about getting it. However, it's just that the fan is a quite loud. I tried some programs to slow down the fan, but it doesn't seem to work.
What should I do?

Asking again...
I just bought a Gigabyte HD4670 512MB GDDR3. I'm quite happy with it BUT the fan is stuck at 100% all the time(or about that).
It's fairly loud and I'm a bit worried. Anyways, I tried the fan control in CCC but it didn't work(8.11) and tried the Gainward Expert Tool program but doesn't seem to work neither. So is there any way to lower it's speed? The fan is a small basic one slot fan BTW.

So does that mean there is no way for me to change the fan speed?

Yes, very. However, I might be able to tolerate it... after a while. But still, if it's possible to adjust, it's better to do so.
Another point being is that I heard it's not good for it to run at max speed all the time.
