By using this settings(see picture below) will it helps reduce my power consumption?
(or suggest me more better clocks for saving power consumption)

But chaics what card you are changing?i scare your PSU might not enough power.

GTX 295..AMD will never response to it..Perhaps only GTX285 which is RV790..which is unknown.
But so far..is the RV740..Which the performance is quite nice(i guess).

RV740 performance is between HD 4830 and HD4850/70.
RV790 is still yet to known.

I did try before..It frequently gives me hang,crashes and BSOD on startup
I thought it was my windows..but after uninstalling it...problems solved

No..If want more fair and really unleash it,real games performance

But still the price is owning

Comparing GTX 275 is just like compaing HD4870 1GB and GTX260 216
Its all about user now

Dont worry guys.Most AMD cards are built to withstand devastating heat
I think not only AMD but most GPU cards are able to do.
100C in GPU = Considered 80C in CPU..I guess
Newer AMD cooler seems more efficient..Perhaps they made something changes into the cooler
