I am doing the same thing as you and if your budget is really RM1500, then you have to consider a high-end point and shoot. Going for DSLR with that budget is a no go as a wide angle lens cost Rm1.5k> excluding the DSLR body itself.Budget : RM1.5kYour Location : KL
