Yep rule of the THUMB, rule of the day, Sellers Rule.
It doesnt matter if its to Nigeria, Zimbabwe, Hong Kong, US, Batu Caves or Ampang.
As a seller, as long as the Money is NOT in your Account. You dont send the items no matter
what claims, what proofs, what story and what issue the buyer has with you.

He banked in to the wrong bank, its his problem not yours.
He banked in to the wrong account, its his problem not yours.
He claims banks have somehow stopped his payment, his problem not yours.
He claims he did bank in, screenshot proof, statement proof, transfer proof, wait a lil bit, then...as long as the money is not in your account, its not your problem. Buyer will have to work it out with the banks.

Of course seller must be honest too, receive the money item has to be sent out.

In any case, Ive got 2 Nigerians who bought off me from ebay, guess what I had my doubts, but one was legit while the other was a big scam. Followed the rule of thumb, Seller is safe, genuine buyer also safe.
