Original, AP Set & Water Set V2k, Buying Handphones? What should I Do?

Have you guys ever came across seller with "Ori AP Oversea" sets?
basically what does it means? isit safe for us to buy? for instance I think there's one seller here. pricing is abit lower than or about market's AP set. kindly enlighten and share some experience. thanks  |
