Got a question here.
I got a NEW Nokia phone from lucky draw (Original set), I dont have any proof of purchase/original receipt but instead I planned to sell it.

The problem is, Nokia website stated that :
QUOTE
When making a Limited Warranty claim you have to present: a) the Product (or affected part thereto), b) the legible and unmodified original proof of purchase, which clearly indicates the name and address of the seller, the date and place of purchase, the product type and the IMEI or other serial number.

This Limited Warranty extends only to the original first end-user of the Product and is not assignable or transferable to any subsequent purchaser/end-user.

However, I have not fill in any details for the warranty claim nor i think the organizer have registered it for me.
The warranty card are still clean and empty (With no dealer's stamp or what-so-ever), in the box with the phone.

Please give some solution / opinion / experience to deal with the warranty (12months) for the buyer in such case.
*Other than i bear the responsibility to go for warranty with the new buyer within the 12months*
