Just receive my summon last day... The amount to be paid is RM300, quite a burden to me since i am still being feeding...
actually i also not speed too fast, just 88kmph

Anybody know when is our "summons discount session"? First time kena summon...

did they leave a HP number below the saman to call them?

that's the way to get discount.

gather up those police summon before your road tax due and go bukit aman to do a rayuan then pay 50% off but need to walk here and there then que up takes u approximately close to 2hrs to finish the process

hi pu8y, if your has been summoned because of speeding , maybe the price still can be negotiate at any traffic police station.Just for your information, if because of traffic light observation. then the price of summoned will be fixed.

The summon is issued by Balai Polis Kota Setar (Alor Star, Kedah). But i am currently in Penang, i heard my friend said the discount only will be given if u pay at the police station where the summon is issued. Or i can appeal at any police station?

if i not mistaken..speeding is also one of the summon that cannot be discount..
there is total of 7 summons that cannot be discount at all..not even rayuan or datuk sign can make the rayuan for u..

run through red lights..(kena and comfirm no discount)
accident..(kena and comfirm no discount also)
speeding..(kena but i can't remember..i think no discount also)
using emergency lane..(kena and no discount for this also)
and the rest i kind of forget already..

all those no discount summons are those mistake u act which is in ur control..like speeding..running through red lights..but if they got those police summon discount fair..yes..u can have it done there..but on normal day..u cannot have discount..

I received my saman via post also, saman RM300 first time as well but got a chop down there stated HP number. i can scan & let u see tonight.

Discount RM200 but settled outside not at balai.

haha... never know got such way to makan rasuah
but just discount rm100, better to give to government rather than let him makan

how about summon regarding not wearing sit belt?
do u guys know how much to pay? and can get discount or not?

not wearing seat belt also another 1 summon that cannot be discount..i think they called it OPS sikap..means ur problem attitude summons can get no discount..

Added on November 26, 2008, 1:42 pmif u got a very good reason of not paying that summon or why u park that place..u might have the chance to get rayuan..if no..then nothing can help u..maybe u can try to see that place u park got clinic or not..ask them issue u a fake m.c or receipt on the day u kena summon then u bring that in together for the rayuan..

Added on November 26, 2008, 1:44 pmif ah liew's summon got police cop on it with the contact number..i dun think is "coffee money" already..maybe that time they got discount promotion..i dun think police so brave to put their contact number on those summon's ticket and give it to u just to let u call them for "special discount"

office block ah??then u ma go pay that summon only lor..parking summon if i not mistaken..after discount/rayuan is rm75 i think..lame part is u got to write the letter..and there is a few sample of those rayuan letter at those traffic police station..

if different department..i not sure..if same department cannot..but if different department come summon u..u are damn unlucky already..maybe some high rank ppl is making ur life hard..
