earlier this morning i got this speed:


this is normal here at my home (college break). but back at college dorm it's about 5~10x slower T_T

hmm their customer service hancur? i've yet to make any report/complain, so i don't know. so, how bad izzit? do they just ignore the complains or what? well i really feel like complaining now, since it has been really slow.... never get past 200kbps this month, kinda good in january T_T

another thing, what's with .34 ip? izzit bad? 'cos that's the one i have too...
