If get cap, there will sms us right? Because recently I am always getting 8-10KBs speed, but does not received any SMS from celcom saying I have been cap.

Recently having a problem for downloading, always never able to complete download the whole file. Stop downloading after 70% or 80%. Haii..... a bit lost passion on this celcom BB. Another problm is sometime connected but take years to load the whole page.

Did anyone experienced slow connection since earlier this week? Browsing take long time to load the whole page, download speed only 3-8 KB/s, and most of the time download until 2mb will automatically stop downloading. I am stay at Subang Jaya SS19.

Call them yesterday night, there claim is my area network congested. Then I told them I experienced this since the earlier of last week, don't tell me every time is over congested. Then there told me is because there are doing network upgrading. I told them why every time call every time say "network upgrading" like never ending upgrading.

Another thing I found out is their customer service just simply answer to people complaint/reports without ready checking.

Yes, I am getting roughly the same speed test result as you at Subang Jaya SS19.

Same here, earlier this week is slow but still can get HSPDA signal, yesterday even worst only can received GPRS signal. What happen to Celcom Broadband

Hi guys, I have a problem of only able to detect 1 bar 3G or GPRS at Subang Jaya SS19. This problem happen since CNY, before this OK.
I have try a testing at My Office at PJ New Town which I can detect the full bar of 3G. Could it be due to PC problem? Because I used my office laptop when test at office.

Yes sure, 1 bar 3G. B4 CNY it is either 4 bar or 3 bar. I have call the careline there say is under 3G coverage.

I have make a complaint to Celcom careline since last week. But still not improved.

My Area is SS19/6R Subang Jaya. Yes I have do testing on it. If I select 3G only it will stay with only can get 1 Bar 3G Signal. If I select 3G Preferred then it will switch between from 1 Bar to GPRS from time to time.

I am wondering why suddenly like this, because before CNY it work alright with able to detect 3 to 4 bar 3G signal and never been in GPRS. I have check the celcom coverage map which my area is under 3G coverage and do a testing by bringing my modem to my office at PJ, which able to detect full bar of 3G Signal, So should not be modem problem.

hmm.... Actually I already make 2 complaint to Celcom Careline since last week, 1st complaint there say there are experienced "3G failure" in certain area as what there claim. Which there also say the next day after my complaint should back to normal. But after 1 week it still that.

And I just make 2nd complaint this Tuesday and there say will log a report and will investigating my problem.

Might think of terminate the Celcom BB if the problem still persist end of this month.
