this is what i get when email them, is been going for almost 3 weeks now. i spoke to one of the supervisor name Guna and he promise to return my call last Wednesday, and im still waiting for his call till now.
Very vary bad customer service, if any of their manager is in front of me, i don't mind to bang their head with my laptop especially Guna. QUOTE(fruitie @ Jan 30 2009, 04:38 PM) My friend is tied to 18 months contract with Maxis and she is cursing every single day. Next month is her last 18th month with Maxis. She has tried her sister's Celcom broadband and she told me it is much faster than her Maxis. She is using in PJ area, in UM precisely. its true slow indeed but compare to Celcom down time for 3 months running at 50kbps to 80 kbps.. i think Maxis 10 time better running at 800kbpsfurther more the one im using have no GB limits and no contract, i can terminate anytime and its prorated. Celcom have 5GB limit and my contract going to end very soon. ![]() Celcom Maxis |

i use internet in 2 area, got 2mbps and another area around 500kbps to 1mb no capped (Advanced data plan) for Maxis and 50 kbps to 80 kbps on both area and 5GB capped for Celcom. for me Maxis sound like a good deal.

finally i get rid of Cialcom and now using Maxis. Been using for almost 1 month now and no issue so far with Maxis. Im not saying Maxis is perfect but much more better than Cialcom. Cialcom been down since October and i had taken legal action and getting my refund since October.
