Firstly, i would like to thank HeHeHunter very much for the guide. For over a month, my connection max speed is just around 800kbps something.
Then, i emailed them. 3 days after submitting email, i got a call from them asking how is my internet. then, i realize my port speed has been upgraded from 1024 to 1536. From my experience, it really works!!! hint: make sure to post speedtest screenshot with bad results. 800kbps something is enough to pay their attention (if ur on 1mbps package of coz).

so, i wanna share my successful email sample, so that can give benefit to others especially for you Irzani. Good Luck!!

Have sent in complaint and enquiries to TM/Streamyx.  No idea if they will answer.  And to top it off the complaint form on their website doesn't seem to be working.

from what i know, those kind of agents are third party. if u sign up with 2 different agents, of coz they will quarrel coz they are hoping for their commision and sales target as well. they can check registration status u know. i think tm will not looking forward about this kind of case. but i think, u should signed up with one agent only in the first place, to avoid quarrels and confusion among them. no offense ya smile.gif
