HDD wouldn't make it for ReadyBoost... latency is too high...
if HDD can do it, ReadyBoost wouldn't even exist in the first place...

i believe it's only pagefile in the case of XP...
but in Vista, for ReadyBoost it needs to fufill this requirement: 3.5MB/s for 4KB random reads and 2.5MB/s for 512KB random writes uniformly across the device HDD will never meet this requirement... |
