meh_man: haha no problem, anyway it is a sanwa stick. This friend of mine used to work as a arcade technician those days, and that's why no problem for him building up 1 from scratch, and indeed it's durable. Imagine how those arcade players slams on the sticks and buttons sometimes Hori real arcade pro ? or Hori soul calibur? I wanted to buy a hori initially, but i've got no luck finding one cos not many bring in this kind of sticks in kl anymore. Besides, thinking bout the part replacement in the future, i ended up buying a custom made 1 from my friend This post has been edited by spiritR: Nov 25 2008, 01:34 AM

just another question regarding the custom controller, are there any other choices for the parts in the controller lets say i prefer seimitsu buttons and joystick anyway here's a link to a hybrid stick really handy to bring to all sorts of tournaments out there but its too damn pricey http://www.aiabstore.com/product.sc?catego...=1&productId=20This post has been edited by gM | Mutsumi-san: Nov 25 2008, 01:49 AM

NarutoKiubi: Haha would like to thank you for your words on behalf my friend. you know sometimes it's hard to play some of the fighting games with a joypad, the movement will be slightly faster with a arcade stick. gM | Mutsumi-san: Thank you for the link, i've checked with my friend and he said he will need to find out whether he still have seimitsu buttons in his shop. By the way, currently he only has Sanwa Stick and Zippy button. I'll drop you a PM once i hear from him. According to him, the reason he uses zippy button is the repairing cost is much lower compare to sanwa and seimitsu buttons. If the button damages, you can just change the micro suiz for the Zippy button which will cost you about Rm 10. While for Sanwa Button, you will have to buy the whole button including the micro suiz cos they don't sell it seperately. And i'm sorry to disappoint you guys that the current arcade controller that he's selling does not support Xbox, not sure on PS3 though. This post has been edited by spiritR: Nov 25 2008, 02:54 AM

meh_man: I've read somewhere in the forum, Hori Soul Calibur does not 100% work fine with PC. Hori Real Arcade Pro(hard to find in kl) uses original Sanwa Stick and buttons, but not the Hori Soul Calibur. Haha indeed the buttons on the controller(pic) are those in arcade. About the button's sound lol...some people think the sound is nice, while some people just can't stand it. this is the link for Hori Soul Calibur on PC, u may have to check with our forumer bout it. http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/739467/+60 This post has been edited by spiritR: Nov 25 2008, 08:48 PM

hansapkuay: lol thanks a lot for the bump. I personally prefer SSF2HDRemix more than SF4 . hehhee..Dont worry my friend been using the table for years in his shop already, it won't break that easily. By the way..how many of you guys are actually interested with the arcade stick if it works on 360? Maybe i can try to ask him to work out something.

esca_flo: It shouldn't be a problem when u guys are gonna do a group purchase. However, as mentioned above, he hasn't tested the arcade stick with any fighting games on ps3.
Best if you can call him and you'll get a clearer answer. I'm just helping him to post, thousand apologies...
