Agreed,shawty's service is not that good...i am not complaing its 1 month etc or what...i am just frustrated that he say "must ram box if RMA" to me, when crucial only ask anti static bags and a sturdy box...like me i dont have ram box (lose it)...and now so hard wana rma juz coz the box...boring.i am not cristisizing anyone here but in fact i am pointing out that if our so-call safe trader are sitting on their RMA request but doing sales very happy..
