Hi, first, I'd like to apologize for the super long RMA condition.
I didn't mean this to happen, but it happen, first and foremost, I've sent this RMA since October, I'm not sure what happen but Crucial keep on delaying the RMA process.
I've been told that a few models has been stopped from production because of bad batch, thus they have to produce new batch that is free from problems. I've been told that the production of the new batch will be completed either this week or next week.
I know that you've lost your patience in waiting for the RMA to complete but all I can ask is please, just give me more time to settle this.
This is what I can promise, If by 20th December the rams still hasn't came back, I will personally refund all of you and have my Safe Trader tag removed. If by 20th December I didn't keep my words, You can file a complain topic on me in the Dispute Relation center and I'll reply any of your question there.
I will email Crucial on Monday 1st December [Crucial doesn't work on Saturday & Sunday] asking for an update, and put a screenshot on Crucial's reply in the next PM.
I'm sorry for all the inconvinences that has been caused by the super long RMA procedure.
PS: I'm not ignoring any of your PM's. Sometime if you see not replying your PM's, that means I'm in the hospital, taking care of my sick mother, she's been there for almost 3 weeks now. It's up to you either to believe it or not, but if you want a proof, you can go to PPUM and give me a call at 0172834760 and see for yourself that I'm not lying.
