Yes of course you can. But I suggest that you remark in your resume that you are yet to get your final CGPA. As in my case, I put the latest CGPA as well as the expected CGPA in my resume when I was about to graduate, and I landed a job before I sat for my final semester exam.It shows that you are someone who is proactive in seeking a career, as you started to apply for it even before you graduate.
