Creatine did cause occasional bloating (stomach) and cramps at the leg calves. But nothing to fuss about.
About recycling, there is no complete study on the safety of long term usage, some say you dont need to cycle it, just make sure u are well hydrated. Some just take it for 2 months, off 1 month, then restart the cycle again. These are all personal preference.
I opt the later. Better be safe than sorry =p
