Discussion is allow but any dispute happened. Please open another thread in Dispute corner and settle there. Means, here should be no flaming war between members. I said already, post your complain here. instead of starting a new thread. If there's 10 peoples or 20 peoples who having the same thing? What? A forum full of complaint thread??
EDIT : And one more thing, no one is saying that they dun believe your story. People can choose to believe or not. What I can benefit from your complain is that I will becareful dealing with him (in future if there is) instead of believe and flame all the way to hell.

So far, XL is good, service is not bad than any other shops. Shops layout also.
I'll be blunt a bit la, your mouth is there on your face for a reason, ask. Not everything in websites are accurate, example, wiki.
Lucky they provide phone# for each branch in the websites, else if they implement email/contact us in a feedback version, forever you'll wait for their reply.
You can spend RMXXX for a toys, and why you can't spend a few cents calling them and ask?

You can try complaining at their facebook page https://www.facebook.com/pages/Gamers-Arena...355631?filter=2fat guy with glass, I think that guy is ok one. Deal a lot of time with them and they are quite polite.
