hello. yeah, the shop owner can be trusted, but sometimes he is a bit annoying coz he wont let walk-in customer to check out his wares. Yeah, i understand since his shop is small, and not enough space 2 walk sometime coz of 2 many toys inside. and cant entertain so many ppl at one time.

he only let pre-order customers come in, but how about others who are genuinely 1 2 buy something? he oledi lost my confidence. buy so many times buy from him, n never 1 2 give discount oso!

there's always fake toys everywhere. BUT i'm not saying his Hot Toy fake ok?

on the other hand, toy shops like 1toy, famitoy, toy wizard are good in terms of service n prices.

All in all, I will try to confront them with this matter. I'm just waiting for them to be open (they're ALWAYS closed whenever I go there). will be happy if any forumers here (who usually buy from them and have good relationship with them) could highlight this matter to them

anyway, the previous guy (the one u dealt with) probably have an arguement with Jeremy (current owner) few years back. more of a disagreement (my friend told me)

of coz, since i got no proof, i wont speculate anything. But the way Jeremy do his business, I'm amazed he is still running it coz he got ZERO ppl skills n he reli sucks!!!

Is it so hard 2 do business tat u must show ur frowning face everytime a customer walks in? Does it hurt to be kind n courteous 2 others? If he cant do tat, then he might as well get the F!!@# out of this business.

helo. the last time i saw him last yr, his hair was short. u got the receipt rite, then proceed 2 claim wat is ur right as a consumer. if u need backup, then u call me! we confront him. but u do the talkinglah coz i'm just 2 be there as backup. laugh.gif
