Super slow. Some...well mine was supposed to be PO.
Unless of course ready stock.. which i had never ordered from them before.

Expect a basic 2 bit service. Mamaship if youre reading this you probably know who i am by now.

My order took almost 2 months.
Well I cant blame them for this as it is already stated from the site. So no issues for me there.

Had issue where, in sites notification stated that my item is shipped (from madeship) when they actually haven't shipped.
Got pissed because I had arranged for the item to arrive.
Got even more pissed when they shipped only after 4-5 days without the courtesy to inform me.
Non apologetic, pretty arrogant.

I am not sure of the quality of shipping.
I suppose ill wait till tomorrow (since i've waited so long) or cancel the order (offered by them) then.
I have since cancelled all other PO's since they didn't want me to order from them (oh well i guess).

They did apologize only after, which i didn't think was near bit sincere.

So yeah.

If you're not like me, mothership should be fine for you..i hope.
But in my case, its not worth the premium they charge and the waiting, and rudeness.

My take is i'm a small fry buyer. Either ways, attitude not up to my par.

To be fair, after i had contacted them and found out it wasn't shipped, they did mention that it was the couriers fault for not picking the deliverables. My real issue is i wasn't informed beforehand. And what got me really pissed is that they were somewhat nonchalant about it. No apologies or nothing. As if the fault is solely on the couriers side. Semi-granted. But like i said, no remorse or the initiative to inform customers. Lacking due diligence.
