1st time i heard bout this hardship allowance. i think that come to my mind is that maybe you need to work longer than office hour and also on weekend but you cant claim any OT for it. maybe this is the allowance for those hardship that you endure.Remember in my other thread i mentioned that i was waiting for my offer letter?
