Does anyone know what is the starting pay as an entry level manager in Accenture? I'm curious because I'm in the midst of interviewing with Accenture and hope to get as much info as possible when speaking to them and also when negotiating with them. Thanks.

So it can be as low as RM10k to a high of RM15k. Your relevant experience, previous compensation and the level at which you are joining determines the exact pay. You could be offered a job equivalent to a newly promoted manager or a very 'senior' manager with expectation to be promoted as a senior manager the following year. Previous work experience in consulting is treated differently with previous work experience in an end-user environment.

I did apply for their internship position... but actually I am confusing at what Accenture really does... I mean, what will I gain from them? Do them assign me a mentor? << As some of the company really does OR are the seniors helpful to the intern? Because reading these post I don't think I am really capable of those Technology things (I only know a few of them) Please advice, thanks ps: I don't really know what exact role I want to in... I just know there is the internship programme (And I thought companies with the programme tends to train their intern and have a mature structural system to train the intern, do correct me if I'm wrong). So as an intern, what job can I get? Thanks
