As promised, im releasing the ESPGL - PAM401 Malaysian ruleset.
However, there are some issues that 401 didnt fix. C4 and Claymores are now at 1, rather than 2 clays. This will be temporary until the release of PAM 402, which is scheduled tomorrow.
