As promised, im releasing the ESPGL - PAM401 Malaysian ruleset.

However, there are some issues that 401 didnt fix.

C4 and Claymores are now at 1, rather than 2 clays. This will be temporary until the release of PAM 402, which is scheduled tomorrow. (Which includes bomb dropping)

we alrdy installed pam 4.02 mod
all seems perfect except for 1 thing.
when switching sides..
we only change uniform..not change attacking or defending
the attacking side still attack instead of defending after 2 rounds
the defending side still defending instead of attacking after 2 rounds

can change it ar?
