Sorry coz no0b, but tradebeyond = itrade, or different? I was a Jupiteronline client before CGS-CIMB took it over

Last week i bought some shares from US market, i hv enuf. Money in acc, suddenly friday morning remiser call say T+3, need to fill in FEA form and submit in 10 minutes,
Kena fine some more.. Is it i kena fooled??

But i hv usd currency in my acc
Even incase not hv usd currency, the triggering to submit the fea form should ask me to fill in earlier, rather than after the ezpire date ans i kena fine?

I am not sure i am on clicks trader or trade beyond, will see how to check it. anyway, if both are ooerates by CGS, why the diff fees? i guess trade beyond has less features = cheaper?

Anybody use this platform to trade US stocks? I hold some TESLA shares but CIMB didn’t add the 5-1 extra shares for me after the split

I have someone with the name Samantha and honestly she's very bad and rude.

I already made my deposit total up to 20k and system actually showed a rejected and she's chasing me for payment despite me already made the payment. Avoid CIMB.

But I deposited money before a day of me purchasing the stocks. Already informed her about it. But system still listed as rejected (I just knew about it) and mentioned tomorrow will issue a selling out.

I even have the payment slip.

I made a deposit of 5k on 9th September
Made a purchase worth of 4.7k stocks at 10th September.

But yet CIMB still ask me for 4.7k payment. WTF is this? I assume it’s related to the “rejected” deposit despite I already made the transaction.

Already provided. I always informed if I deposited money. Tomorrow is T+3.

Email mentioned T+3 (15 September) they execute force sell. I don’t think is my fault here. I already made the payment and purchase the stock.

Tomorrow will do calling. The force sell only happen tomorrow night right? Means I still got time?

The remisier messaged me saying that the “force sell email” auto generated even if I already made the payment.

I’m not sure what she saying is right or not actually because this is the first time I got such an email.. but things solved

do I need to have cash before i can start trading??
currently I already holding some share in itrade

They say need to request for full limit,  what kind of non sense excuse is this,  i mean i got cash in my account but i need the authorisation to fully utilise it..... unbelievable

I'm new to trading and trying to dip my toe in the water. I set up a trade to buy 10 shares of an ETF on the NYSE but I'm getting this error:

Not sufficient current limit where CL (0.00) < contract buy value (962.30)

Is there a minimum amount I need to buy?

I deposited money around an hour ago. It's been taken out of my savings account but it still says pending on my trading account. I expected it would be fast. Does it usually take this long?
