if u afford to buy a penthouse, y not consider to buy a landed property?
it is advisable to get urself a landed prop while u still can. no need to pay monthly maintenance fee, individual title, extra compound to throw a party, grow ur own flower/tree, can have pets like dogs and cats, etc.. these are things u can do if u own a landed prop. |

It is a matter of personal choice. Older retired people may prefer to stay in a condo or penthouse because of convenience and safety while those who are buying for investment may prefer landed property for land appreciation and those who prefer big open spaces will prefer a bungalow house or an estate.

Penthouse usually situated on highest level...have to content with heat, leakage and security issues.
Also check proportion of management fee payable viz the typical units...usually very high. |
