I'm thinking of doing something like this. because I need to add a new SSID and change the encryption for large amount of users using Wireless and also changed to WPA2-PSK with a key that I'm going to set with the program / vbscript?

Is it possible to use a program / vbscript to do so?

It will simplify your work BUT you need to learn the script to program it.
