well it's really not working after restarting the pc im telling the truth that time testing few game , i forget to take some pic to show

in the end i restarted the pc after playing some games , and it's not wrking , i think the card not properly slotted after that i slot again very carefully and it's working

I have come across a card like this before, last time my old computer. Sometimes working, sometimes wont work. Have to take out and plug in, or dust it or something. But after awhile totally cant use. So conclusion its a faulty card, TS should have checkd properly before selling. Ignorance is bliss.

i know papa2 actually he is a good guy.. but sometimes thing happen

1) papa2 don't know the condition of the GC where it actually faulty..so it not called fraud
(but papa2 as a seller should make sure the GC is in good condition before sell it)

2) it might be true that the GC sometimes can be function and sometimes not functioning..but it still categorize under fault GC. The card play around with papa2.


3) it not a matter either the GC can be function or not here.. it the matter TS want an apology for the effort that TS have wasted.

4) Apologies to the TS will do rite TS?

Why need to argue? Basically adam3199 is always right. Because he is a customer.
papa2 is basically a seller. Even it is not for business and clearing junk, it still consider a seller. The person who bought from you is a buyer, which means customer.

Maybe the graphic card is not faulty, because I face problem where the graphic card is not working in some mobo or had restart issue. So, if buyer demand back for the refund, seller should pay back full if it still in personal warranty period. Why pay 50%? In this case, buyer sure feel cheated.

No matter the card is working or faulty, buyer deserved the rights to refund if in personal warranty period. Also there is no need for apologize if the seller willing to full refund.

Now papa2 should apologize to adam3199 due to not refunding when the graphic card is not working on adam3199 mobo.

I'm a seller myself and I always feel customer is always right.
