I've tried contacting the two websites above before, no answer. They were created early in the century and have not been updated since Also do realize that all the jumps advertised in Malaysia are static line jumps from around 3000-4000 feet. This means you don't experience any freefall. I much prefer the tandem or accelerated Free Fall techniques, even the tandem jump will start at around 13000-15000 feet and you get about 60-90 seconds of freefall. Unfortunately nobody I know in Malaysia does AFF. Talked to Whoa Adventures some months back but their skydive is on hold until further notice...

QUOTE(sezretz @ Dec 31 2008, 04:00 AM) hmm i see. Well then where is nice to sky jump? At this point I think nowhere in the region (M'sia/Singapore) unless you want to fly out to Australia... I'll definitely post if I get more info, I'm looking to do the Accelerated Free Fall program but I need to get funds first

Yay for Whoa, I've used them for rafting and they're great guys.
But RM1300 is expensive. Imagine how much it'll cost for a AFF course if they ever come up with one. Anyway it's still highly recommended if you can afford a jump. I'll save my money for now, economic situation not great...

nemoexcel, cool! Unfortunately I'm travelling a lot the next several months for classes, probably won't be able to commit to a date Just curious, how much would a second jump be? A big discount? I was seriously interested to jump again after my first tandem but the guys where I jumped at was charging full rate for the second jump and I was short on money after trying out paragliding. I would highly recommend a second jump!

QUOTE(nemoexcel @ Sep 8 2010, 02:32 AM) np bro, PM me when u r back... i dont think i will stop at my 1st jump ;-) .... cool? bro tishaban agree? LOL Agree 100%. I wish I could afford the whole AFF training not just 1-2 jumps... The most exhilarating part is obviously the jump out the plane door, but the scariest part is waiting the 10-15 minutes for the plane to climb to 13000 feet!
