Thanks. That's a good question.
All prices have to keep up with costs, marketing strategy, etc, which tend to increase every year.
So, it's not about 2nd year, it's about WHEN you buy it.
The prices now is promo prices for 1st year only. 2nd year will be normal price.

What is the latest price for .com? Renew fee cost how much for next year?

I got few questions here:
1) If I register .com from u and using free hosting like www.www.hostse.com. Can I move the domain name to paid hosting company in future? Any charge need?

2)If I moved my domain from free hosting to paid hosting, The traffic like visitor history still keep going or will be reset?

3)The new application need how long to activate and ready to use?

RM30/year for New/Renew/Transfer currently. You can register for up to 10 years now, but 2-3 year is more common.
Next year, will depends of cost.

No charge. You can change your A record or Nameserver yourself in the domain control panel.

Will be reset as visitor history has nothing to do with domain name. Each hosting has its way to keep the history.
You might want to use Google Analytics which is not dependent on your web hosting.

Application? You mean the domain? It is usually activate as soon as I verify your payment manually .. usually within hours.
Pointing to web hosting using A record usually within 1 hour but changing Name servers might take 4 - 10 days.

1 domain is enough for most people. Thanks for your interest.

Webhosting is not launched yet. No idea about the uptime but I'm sure it's just like 99% other webhosting for the same price.

The difference you should look for in webhosting is customer support and service.

Where is the server situated? US? i read somewhere saying target US+CANADA customer. So, who should i call "IF" i got prob[s] with the webhosting?

It's US hosting. No idea where you read about US+CANADA customer.
Personally, I think it's expensive at RM330/year which is why i'm not promoting it.
Plus, there's plenty of (too many i think) choices even in LYN forum here.

You can get domain from KawanHost and host at other places. Normally i see about serverfreak, exabyte and shinjiru recommended by forumer. They are active in this forum too and been in this business quite a number of years already.
