Anybody, can tell me what should I do now?

I have bought a processor, the tracking was updated until into foreign customs at yesterday. Then I wait until now still haven't update. Would it be strucked by customs or just a custom delay?

Your item is being processed by customs in MALAYSIA. Information, if available, is updated every evening. Please check again later.

Into Foreign Customs, November 12, 2008, 11:07 am, MALAYSIA
Arrived Abroad, November 12, 2008, 8:38 am, MALAYSIA
International Dispatch, November 07, 2008, 2:57 pm, ISC LOS ANGELES CA (USPS)
Electronic Shipping Info Received, November 05, 2008

I saw most of them should be out their parcel very fast.

Look like your item now detain by custom. This will take few days. If in the form state clearly what is your item and not need to pay tax, custom will release back to courier. If not, wait for a letter from courier company ask you to go to custom or they will give you an option to do it for you but with cost. Some time that cost higher than the item price.

Happen to me before when I order free CD from US. It's suppose to be free but I need to pay tolls, fuel and custom fee.

One more thing, tracking last update is yesterday, so please wait a few days for update. If nothing then you should worry.

I really not understand, why computer part need to detain?
I'm not in KL so, it is difficult to reach there.
If I at there, I just directly open the parcel and show the customs, this item "Intel Core 2 Duo" is assembled in "MALAYSIA".

Then I just directly seal out the box and take out the processor chip, let them see the word "MALAY" mean it is product of MALAYSIA!!!
I want to scold them: "BARANG INI IALAH BUATAN MALAYSIALAH!!! DULU SAYA SEND KEPADA KAWAN SAYA DI AMERIKA SYARIKAT SANA, SEKARANG KAWAN SAYA MAU SEND BALIK KEPADA SAYA!!!!"

Do your friend declare what item in custom clearance form (I forgot the name). If not the custom not sure what inside and custom don't care that item made in Malaysia or not. As long as coming to Malaysia, that their duty to check.

FYI, my item last time, state clearly what is inside and the cost is RM0 but still detained by them. When I went there and open it, one of the custom guys said 'CD ni byk sampai, saya ada kat rumah, ada orang bagi dulu. Banyak kotak lagi kat dalam store tu takde orang datang ambik.' So the moral is, even they know, they still detain it.

I ask him write down the value US$70, and the custom form he write down "Used computer part"

one more thing, the item is insured.

Added on November 14, 2008, 1:20 amI think there should be no problem. Maybe it is not detain by customs. I think it is just temporary hold by custom. Because I am staying in Miri here. Sorry for not telling you this.
If come out the result "out of foreign custom", there should have something wrong i think. Because the address is post to Miri, not "out of foreign customs" from KLIA then post to KL somewhere.
I think maybe, there have second update of "into foreign custom" due to the item will deliver to Miri airport again. Then check by Miri customs.
So, i think into foreign custom in KLIA should be not a retaining.

Now I just realize that. Make me worry for whole days... very sad. Finnally I found a forum, they list out their tracking. All the "into foreign customs" keep repeat many times, then suddenly come out a result "delivered out". Haiz... I just hope it is not retaining. I call 1300300300, the agents also dunno what happen.
