Anyone bought Eastman House mattress?
Quoted for 7K including storage bed frame comes with storage compartment, for a mattress combining mini pocket spring encased in the natural latex, and pocket spring at the lower layer.

Sounds like a very top bed, recognised by Congress of Chiropractor.

OEM mattress. Have you asked the history in Malaysia?
*
OEM is fine, I concern only the quality of the bed. good posture support and ventilation.
just unsure about the quality as not much review except bad feedback from overseas buyers?

The salesman came in from a chiropractic angle and gave detailed explanation on latex's vulnerability to tension on the surface, that's why their minispring encased with latex give them an edge over other latex. Also the ring surrounding the spring, will balance out the weight received by individual spring.

Anyway, I read about Sealy's carbon steel spring, so right to assume carbon steel will not rust and performance drop will be slower right?

You buy alot oem things? Oem mean ori manufacturer need save  cost on production line. That why they sub-out to other factory to make. Nowadays i think everyone aware of this if they do survey. Of course Oem you can find good quality too. Depends your budget?
*
Sure there's high quality, OEMed stuff, just that we don't want to buy something from someone who likely to hit a quick one and run away.

budget is constraint,
benefit and suitability / price is more important if you asked me.

Your recommended OEM for us to keep a look out?

5 is a similar budget to what I had when I was shopping for a king sized mattress at the recent home fair which just concluded at sunway.

I was spoilt for choice with that budget. From your posts I assume you prefer latex topper + innerspring mattresses and the choices were crazy, the King Koils looked great.

Keep a lookout for future fairs.

I ended up with the Getha Biocare Compass for around that price because I preferred a full latex one.

you started to sleep on that? I don't know what I'm looking for at this point, maybe firm but not hard surface

went to sealy just now, the 135th model is quite firm, then i tried the 14k le lafayette, hmmm a lot better, now they are having 50% off storewide till end of this month.

14k after 50% is like 100% jump from my initial budget of 7k. hmmmmm

That's not an easy decision to make man.
Thanks making me more mentally prepared for a visit at Sealy shop

Majority of the customers regret their purchase from HN after they notice the deal outside. HN discount structure looks "attractive" huh..strategy...

Ermm....why pay so much for the OEM brand mattress?hilkers is HN top hard sell brand. This brand brings highest profit to the company.

Hi Bloodysick, what's your price for Serta Royal Regent? What's the good thing for this range?

Just came back from mattress hunting:-

Need some advice to decide on mattress

Slumberland temp smart II 5400 - 15k
Serta ipedic prestige - 12k (roadshow)
Dreamland chiro superior I - 5700
Kingkoil Royal Suite - 12k

Is the price reasonable? I'm torn between these choices. Which one is the best for a person who has shoulder and back pain?
*
Wow, what these mattresses can do ?

Anyone tried coway or cuckoo mattress? Is it really good or just marketing gimmick? Or better spend 2-3k outside can get same good quality.
*
Try to dig further into the OEM manufacturer for Cuckoo, get their in-house brand mattress. Anyway, what kind of services it came with the mattress?
