Hi, let me tell you guys a story about a mattress incident experienced by my friend. He bought a brand new mattress in Penang and the mattress cost around RM700. The mattress delivered the next day, which is good service, right? But my friend felt like the mattress was not the one he ordered but the delivery guy said this is the correct one. So he just keep it.

Then things get interesting when the shop called and said they send the wrong mattress and need to replace it with the actual after 2 weeks of use!!! WTF!!?? Ppl already been sleeping on it for 2 weeks and you ask to replace? The one they delivered to my friend was said to be much expensive model. My friend tried to complain but at the end he just replace the mattress. No refund or rebate is given by the shop.

The best thing is he even recommended the mattress to his buddy saying the mattress feel nice and soft (before the incident), and then his buddy also bought one for his mother. But luckily for him they delivered the correct one this time... hey wait, it is the cheap, hard mattress and not as good as the one used by my friend. So unlucky.

So, if you planning to buy mattress please make sure they deliver the correct one. Just imagine you get a mattress where got ppl slept on it for weeks. I will definitely not buying anything from that shop, ever.

my gosh..  which shop is that?

I can't say the shop name (later kena sue) but the shop is located on the ground floor of a commercial building near north east penang. The sales person is non-malaysian. If you're a penangite and been there before then I think you will know the place. This is the first time I see a furniture shop hiring non-malaysian as sales person.

Anyone tried Napure latex mattress before? A shop quote me RM1600 with 2 free latex pillow Queen size. It is a malaysia brand with German certified stuff. I sleep on it and quite comfy. Will it be hot on latex mattress because my body like being suck into the mattress.

I also tried Destress StarryNite RM1199 pocket spring. Also not bad.

I bought Napure latex mattress and Hallmark egyption cotton satin bedsheet. The feeling is great. It feels cool even without aircon.

Hi Sifus,

Just curious where to buy an affordable Napure Queen size mattress + bedframe + headboard for approx RM2500?

Besides that, any possibility of getting the combination above with Slumberland at a price of approx RM3500?
Pls advise.
Thank you.

Harvey Norman. If you stay in PG then try Mekio. I bought my Napure over there.

Hi,
I just recommended my friend to get a SERTA mattress as all my other friends so happy with this brand.  No.1 brand in USA.  The mattress so comfortable as they sell mostly to 5 star hotels  Go see Azahar at Bliss showroom in Section 16 PJ and tell him Mitchell sent you.  He is a very nice guy, good and trustworthy salesman and we are all happy with their service and SERTA mattress.  He also gives all my friends special price and extra Free gift. Good value...

Tried SERTA before and the mattress is quite good. However, the price is on the high side so I bought Napure latex series.

Anyone got experience with Napure latex mattress?
*
Just replaced my Napure mattress with Dunlopillo one. The Napure mattress had faithfully accompanied me for a solid 9 years, and it's a fantastic choice, although the quality can vary depending on the series. The collaborative mattress created by Coway and Napure also caught my eye and seems quite impressive.

I see. Thank you for point that out.
Any mattress that you can recommend for the firmness of 7? Budget preferably roughly around 5k for King size. Can stretch if the mattress really worth it.
*
Their description of the mattress's firmness level is quite perplexing. While the support underneath may be firm, the upper layer (pillow top) can be soft, leading to deep body impression. I purchased a mattress rated at a firmness level of 7, but the top layer is exceptionally plush, and I find it uncomfortable. My wife, who weighs less than 50 kilograms, is satisfied with it, but I, weighing 70 kilograms, tend to sink in and have difficulty changing positions. I would recommend those without pillow top layer and buy a mattress topper separately.
