Earlier I also have similar budget. I would say depends what type of feeling you like either comfort or hard bed. My wife is sensitive to hard bed which will cause her back pain, according to sales person, age above 40 would prefer harder bed. So our aim is comfort feel first but hard at bottom without totally sink.

I tried king coil crown 300 & slumberland tempsmart WWII suit my taste but I end up eith Natura comfort lux due to my wife preference after tried which is over budget

my mattress also 40cm+ thickness, so normal one cannot fully cover
