Which means 300days with free bed?
I wonder how the return procedure is
When its new in box, the bed is deflated
When return to seller, they expect us to deflat as per receiving condition?

@mattressdepot sifu

On the market for new king and queen size bed for my new house.

i'm 1.7m, 80kg, wife is 55kg 1.5m.
i'm side + stomach sleeper, wife is usually side and back sleeper.
Budget within 6-7k with bedframe.

Prefer slightly firm(but not so firm until become bouncy) feel as my current bed is King Koil Simplicity Harmony Support, which I feel is rather comfortable for me, but looking to upgrade my sleep.
I don't like the feeling of sinking in my bed and hard to get up.

important points are:
1. Bed that I can sleep cool with air cond, some bed I slept feels hot even with air con. i can withstand cool more than hot.
2. Won't have movement transfer when moving on one side of bed so i won't wake up my wife when i go toilet at night.
3. No sinking feeling when lying down and have some support when getting up. Tried some really soft bed that makes me hard to get up from lying on it and don't like it.

My parents also prefer slightly firm feel so they will take the same model as mine just that it is queen size as they only visit some time.

I need delivery to johor bahru 81100 postcode.

Can give me the price + delivery for your recommendation?

Spinepro 2000 is firm enough, back relaxer II is extreme firm.

Thanks sifu for your input. I'll pick SP2000.
Do you have any better suggestion within the budget?

This is mattress premium outlet at johor bahru right?

I was there yesterday too and the SA feels like she wants to push this REVOR brand alot. Research the website, seems like Malaysia brand, but SA said from Germany made in malaysia. Even the english grammar on the website is questionable(typical malaysia company)

The price i think is quite ridiculous for a local brand.

Then the SA introduce Serta, forgot what series, 16k for a king size, which I think even more ridiculous. Doesn't feel like heaven when I lie on it.

I really think these SA is marking up crazy price to push the brand they secretly want to sell.

Revor is their main in-house brand, surely push at maximum effort.

@mattressdepot Sifu, I recently visited Serta premium gallery at JB, tried their serta ipedic ibalance mattress, feel very good about the mattress, but the price quoted for king size is RM 11000 for mattress only. They said they are serta premium gallery so their series is special. Is it a fair price or can I get it at your serta shop cheaper?

Is Akemi Mattress long lasting? Bought their Immortal (hotel series) last weekend at Homedec. Softness feels great, and no sinking feel.

I just ordered the queen Akemi Sensice as they are giving good offer of 4.5k on their newly opened Akemi Home outlets (even cheaper than many outside shops for the same mattress). I've tried many mattresses between 3k - 5k price range from Duniopillo, Vono, Slumberland, Kingkoil in the showrooms and this was the one that gave me the best impression. Wish me luck.
