My Vono Avery have body impressions / sagging after 3 years time 🥲 rotated it twice d but still feel the indented area is unsupported and will feel lower back pain when woke up.
Thinking should I go with a topper or just change a new mattress
Budget <5k. Medium>firm (5-7). Wanted good support. Back sleeper.

Body impression vs sagging is 2 different situations.

Put a topper won't help to strengthen the mattress support.

Firmness rating 5 is soft feel, 7 is firm feel, 8 is extra firm, 9 is very firm.

When no weight on it, the mattress will look like normal without dipping in. But when pressure applied or lie on it, can feel the butt area there sinks in more and its much softer and lack support on one side. When moved to the other side of the king size bed, the support can be felt at the butt. So i suppose that is sagging as the foam at the area has soften?

Currently vono avery is 5. So i would prefer it to be slightly firmer. So a either a 6 or 7 will be acceptable for me.

I bought a spinarez spinal 1 about 2 years ago.. Its not bad.. Not great either... But I think could b 1 of the reason of my acid reflux... And I think I want an upgrade to my sleep quality by buying a new mattress...
I like to sleep hard bed like coconut husk not sure if it's good for my acid reflux? I'm about 100kg but will down Soon to 90kg

Acid reflux? I don't know if a good mattress will help but you should get advice from a doctor.

Spinarez spinal is only medium firm.

Since you like coconut fiber then just go and test in store. A lot of brand have coconut fibre mattress. Just remember to get at least 8 in firmness.

if you want a long term performance mattress, you should consider 7-8 rating.

from 5 to 6 unless you plan to replace the mattress in another 5 years.

Can try Dunlopillo Moments but I'm not sure if have single size or not. I bought mine from MBF Mattress. The mattress model that I bought were not available at local Dunlopillo stores but very comfortable. Need to get the plush top type. Not every mattress are created equal even from the same brand. Really need to try kaw kaw.

Any mattress that you can recommend for the firmness of 7? Budget preferably roughly around 5k for King size. Can stretch if the mattress really worth it.

Has anyone tried Neckpro Rouleaux?

I visited their showroom just few days ago. Rouleaux is a pretty good mattress for its price, but it's too firm for me.

I didn't go and test it out as I couldn't find user reviews on it/ the brand... Even though their showroom is within walking distance from my house lol.. So I ended up getting Viscopedic Studio (One of Englander's brand) from MFO PJ.

Neckpro a lot of mixed reviews and for their price, getting full latex might be a better option. The Viscopedic Studio (Full latex) is ~RM 1.6k, worth the try. The most important thing is comfort.
